Explicit consent for transfer abroad

The contact form on ugurotomat.com.tr uses a form delivery service (FormSubmit) with servers outside Türkiye to send your message to us by email. Your message is also stored on the overseas servers of our business email provider (Google).

For this reason, we ask for your explicit consent under Article 9 of the KVKK before you send the form.

Data transferred

The name, phone number, email address, company name and message you enter in the form.

Purpose

Only to deliver your message to us and allow us to reply to your request.

Recipients

The form delivery service (FormSubmit) and our business email provider (Google).

Your consent is entirely optional

You do not have to give consent, and refusing has no disadvantage: you can reach us without the form by calling +90 542 551 34 78 or emailing [email protected] directly. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to [email protected]; this does not affect earlier transfers.
