Custom nuts, bolts and washers, made to order
You imagine it, we make it

Custom Production
Need a part you cannot find? A nut in a non-standard size, a bolt with a different length, or a spare part that is no longer made… This is exactly where we come in.
From your drawing or sample, we make nuts, bolts, washers, pins, bushings, plugs and all kinds of turned spare parts in brass, stainless steel, aluminium, steel and plastic. Whether it is a single sample or thousands of pieces, every part gets the same care.
What we make for this industry
- Non-standard nuts and bolts
- Custom washers
- Pins, bushings and sleeves
- Plugs and blind plugs
- Copies of hard-to-find spare parts
- Couplings, shafts and studs
Our favourite job is the part that arrives with “nobody could make this”. We take the sample, measure it, pick the material and make the same, or better.

Frequently asked questions
The questions we hear most. If yours is not here, just message us.
Can you quote from a photo alone?
With a photo and rough dimensions we can give an initial price. For a firm quote we need a technical drawing or a sample.
What diameter range do you work in?
Our Swiss-type lathes handle small, precise parts and our CNC lathes handle larger diameters. Share your part size and we will tell you which machine suits it.
How long is delivery?
It depends on quantity, material and machining time. We confirm a firm delivery date together with our quote.
