Production and machine park

Our CNC machines are the heart of our production.

To give you the best products, we use state-of-the-art CNC machines on our production line. Each part is machined on the machine best suited to its size, material and quantity.

Takisawa NEX 108Y

The Takisawa NEX 108Y is a CNC lathe known for its performance and precision. Its user-friendly control makes complex parts easier to produce while keeping output and speed high.

A powerful high-speed spindle, precise clamping and a flexible tool-change system let us cut, drill and shape a wide range of materials smoothly.

Key features

  • Larger-diameter and complex parts
  • Y-axis machining
  • Turning, drilling and threading in one set-up
Nexturn SA32B CNC Swiss-Type Lathe
CNC Swiss-Type Lathe

Nexturn SA32B

The Nexturn SA32B is one of the most advanced Swiss-type lathes. High-speed machining and an automatic tool-change system let it machine complex parts with great precision.

Swiss-type lathes excel at long, slim parts: the bar is supported by a guide bushing as it is cut, so pins, shafts and studs stay straight and concentric along their full length.

Key features

  • Bar work up to Ø 32 mm
  • Long, slim precision parts
  • High-volume series production

CNC Automatic Lathe

Proseiki HCP-42

The Proseiki HCP-42 is a key machine in our CNC automatic line. Its performance and continuous production capability allow complex parts to be machined precisely.

A high-speed spindle and automatic tool changer keep series production fast and efficient. We can make thousands of identical nuts, bolts, pins and washers.

Key features

  • Bar work up to Ø 42 mm
  • Series production of nuts, bolts and washers
  • Continuous, repeatable quality

Send us your part dimensions and we will tell you which machine suits it and how long it will take.

Machining on a Swiss-type lathe

About our machines

Which part goes on which machine? In short.

What is the difference between a CNC lathe and a Swiss-type lathe?

On a CNC lathe the bar is clamped in a chuck and stays still, which is ideal for larger, shorter parts. On a Swiss-type lathe the bar slides through a guide bushing and is supported right next to the tool, so even long, slim parts come out straight and concentric.

What is a CNC automatic lathe used for?

It produces the same part from bar stock quickly and continuously, which lowers the cost of series production of nuts, bolts, pins and washers.

What diameters can you machine?

Bar work up to Ø 32 mm on the Swiss-type lathe and up to Ø 42 mm on the CNC automatic lathe, with larger diameters on the CNC lathe. Share your dimensions and we will suggest the best machine.

What can be done in a single set-up?

Turning, drilling, tapping and threading, grooving and knurling are often done in one set-up, making the part more accurate and faster to produce.

Take a photo of your part and send it to us

You do not need a technical drawing. A photo of your sample and its rough dimensions are enough to get started — we will get back to you quickly.
