Which material do you recommend for gas parts?
Brass is the most common choice because it does not rust and machines well. For harsher environments we use 316 stainless steel.
Can you copy an existing part?
Yes. We measure your sample and make an exact copy. This is also how we help with parts that are hard to find or no longer made.
How do you keep dimensions consistent in series production?
Our CNC automatic lathes machine every part with the same program, and we take measurements at regular intervals throughout each batch.
